3 Ways to Boost Wellness Daily

Feeling overwhelmed? As a coach in training, I’ve learned from my RunFitKidz youth work and 50K running journey that small, intentional steps can transform your well-being. Here are three ways to boost wellness daily, perfect for youth and professionals alike.

1. Start with a Mindful Moment

Take 5 minutes each morning to breathe deeply or journal. This practice, inspired by my resilience as a 50K finisher, grounds you and reduces stress. Try it before school or work to set a calm tone.

2. Move Your Body, Your Way

Whether it’s a walk, yoga, or dance, 15 minutes of movement boosts energy. My RunFitKidz experience taught me that joyful movement sparks motivation, helping you thrive in life and career.

3. Connect with Purpose

Reach out to a friend or set a daily goal. My ICATT work showed me that meaningful connections and clear intentions foster balance. Start small, like a gratitude text or a career-focused to-do.
