Summer is the perfect time to refresh and revitalize your life, and at The Inspired Path with Laura, I’m here to guide you with “Inspired Living Made Simple.” As a life and wellness coach with a background in run coaching, a 50K finisher, and program management at ICATT Professional Services, I’ve learned that small, intentional steps can lead to lasting change. 1. Set a Clear Intention
1. Begin by defining what wellness means to you—reducing stress, improving fitness, or finding career balance. My experience setting goals for a 50K taught me the power of a clear vision. Try asking, “What one change would inspire me this summer?” Write it down to stay focused.
2. Assess Your Starting Point
2. Take stock of where you are today. Use a simple tool like the Wheel of Life to rate areas like health or work (1-10). My IT troubleshooting skills help me guide clients to spot gaps, ensuring we build on your strengths for a solid foundation.
3. Create a Manageable Plan
3. Break your intention into small, actionable steps. For example, if it’s sobriety, commit to one support meeting weekly. Drawing on my program management expertise, I’ll help you craft a plan that fits your busy life, making progress feel achievable.

4. Incorporate simple habits like a 5-minute walk or mindfulness practice. My run coaching background shows how consistency beats intensity—start small to sustain momentum. These habits support long-term wellness, a key focus of my coaching.
